Default continuous vent airflow?

My girlfriend pointed out that air is always flowing through the vents in my xfire, even with the fan off. It seems to be an ambient temperature. Is this normal for our cars or not? I don't hear the fan running but it seems as if a slight amount of outside air is freely coming through the events, more air flow the faster I go it seems.

Mine vents air with no fan movement when i set the fan speed to the dot below the 1 setting. When I turn it all the way off all airflow stops, venting included. Makes a big difference when you are leaving the garage in the morning and its 24 outside and the car is still cold.
Might be a stuck vent door on your heater box.

Just natural air flow without fan on. I never ever looked but that is what was said basically by Moparfreak. The next downward setting is off entirely I guess.

Per the manual the 0 fan control is all off. Anything above that is allowing air to move in the system. Also dont forget to switch the air circulation switch to interior if you are getting outside cool air. It will switch back to outside after 30 min.
