You mean the light that indicates that at least one of your bulbs is out?
If so look at the rear license plate lights there are two and people miss that fact.

hello onehundred80 !

you asked "you mean the light that says one of your bulbs is out" ?

i am not sure exactly what "Master Lighting Switch" means because i couldn't find that term anywhere in my owners manuel except on the symbol page and it just said "Master Lighting Switch" ,referring to that symbol that was on my dashboard.

i did check and both license plate bulbs are working- i checked every light i could see ...

what do you think ?

thank you for your help !

billy

Did you check the little corner marker bulbs in the headlights? Also check your reverse indicator lights.

What is a "reverse indicator light " ?
Is that the light behind the transmission gear indicator for the "R" ?
Mine is a plasma display, and same thing indicates "P", "N", "D", "1", "2", "3", "4"

You Oakies are sooooooo funny.
Down here in the South, we just call 'em "Backup Lights", and we use them to see what's behind us when we use reverse, NOT to "indicate" to others that we are backing up.
