Doesn't sound like the sticky key problem. After turning off the car, take out the key, I open the door, the car beeps as if I have left the key in the ignition or the lights on. Also noticed it doesn't have that little click when you take out the key.

 

Its not a sticky key issue. Its that the ignition want turn with the key on it. It worked find while the panel was down when resolving my car not staying running issue. Also the car is beeping . I will create video of the issue.
