I'm pleased to see that the MDP fan club is growing and that they are helping other crossfire owners to keep their sleds running. I hope that FCA will advise their dealers of this solution and help spread the word that there is a 1-2-3 solution for "SKREEM-ITIS". Also pleased to announce that today I received a check from FCA to cover my costs of getting this done. Thanks Steve - I appreciate it.

Today I got an email from Chrysler Customer Care - whatever that is - asking me to fill out a survey about my recent experience with them. Well I haven't heard from them in many months, so I assume it was triggered by the check they sent me to reimburse me for the SKREEM repair. I took the time to try and explain to them what this situation with the SKREEM modules was all about, but doubt it will ever be acted upon. Then I checked the needswings.com site and saw this on their SKREEM page:OFFICIALLY BACK ORDERED DUE TO UNPLANNED SUPPLIER CHANGE RESULTING IN A SUPPLY DISRUPTION.

We Are No Longer Accepting Orders Until Our Current Backlog Begins To Be Filled.

Not only still unavailable with no estimated ETA even given, but also no price. My advice - anyone with a SKREEM issue that wants to get their car back on the road should contact MDP and ask about getting their module repaired. Mine was easy to do (for them - I guess - as they told me the day after receipt of my parts tat it was fixed and on the way back - SO, if they can do for you what they did for me contact them and follow what they tell you. 1-2-3 and you can be up and running again and save some dough while doing it.

That's not very respectful on their part. I am sorry to hear it, but also glad to have yet another chance to thank those of you who contributed to this and other sites and continue to do so. The shameful way the manufacturers washed their hands of Crossfire owners is equaled by the determination and camaraderie found here. Happy holidays to you all!

No big deal as this is the internet and it is every man for themselves. If I can I give credit to the original solver of the problem or whatever.

Hi, Wolfstalker,

My car is still up and running thanks to Bryan and his team at MDP.
I hope you and your family are having a very happy holiday season. I'm just happy to be mobile!

Cheers!
