Anyone else have trouble getting their crossfire to go into gear/change gears when the battery is low or compromised? My crossfire has been sitting for four months and which time my battery went dry, tried to start it before realizing it – will hold a little bit of a charge once water was added, but is having trouble changing gears if the battery is low or the headlights are on… Anyone else have this problem? Is it possible it’s something else?

 

Get a new battery. A low or bad battery can cause a multitude of problems.

 

I gave you some info you asked for two years ago and we are still waiting to hear if it worked out for you.
If the battery is that bad get another one, I doubt it will help but at least it may get you home.

 

Well that’s a long time to wait, I apologize.. I believe it did, but hard to know without knowing what the thread was about..?

 

On the multitude of problems it could cause, are any of them permanent? Could t cause the car to have trouble going into gear?

 

Two years ago it was 2018 and you only made one post in that year. There lies your answer.
