Default Crossfire rough running, misfiring, wouldn't make it a block.

My 2005 crossfire now has 155,000 miles on it. In the past I have had MAF problems with my car misfiring and struggling to make power. In the past turning my car off and then on, even while driving (manual) would fix the problem for a week. I ordered a new MAF and CPS eventually and put Them in with good results and no issues for a month probably. Then It started happening again a few months ago, getting misfires when I get on the gas a lot ( around 3000RPM) and my power steering went out as well, so I decided to drop it off at my local mechanic who always gives it to me straight and is honest, I like them. I was throwing a lot of different codes, they fixed my power steering, replaced the sparkplugs / sparkplug wires, fuel filter, re-sealed my valve seals due to oil leaking (was meaning to look in to the oil on the drive way) and while in there did the driver side motor mount. All for $910 bucks, good guys. The car ran better than it has in 10k miles i thought the fuel filter did and I was out of the woods. 3 or 4 months later and 6-7k miles and we are back in the woods. I was driving the other day and it started running rough as hell misfiring and this time way worse than usual, I tried the old restart the car at 40mph trick, still just as bad. i barley made it the mile or two home and parked it. the usual reset the system by restarting the car or disconnecting the battery to get me across town isn't working and every time I start the car its exactly the same crazy misfire. I'm thinking possibly injectors or something mechanical related rather than electrical like a sensor. However i have never done the O2 sensors. Tomorrow I am going to clean the MAF just to see but I'm sure it won't work. the codes are above, please let me know what ya'll think, any help appreciated.

Over ten years before I discovered the Crossfire I learned something. Changing plugs on a car over 100,000 miles and NOT changing the plug wires as well is a waste of time.
I won't bore you with the story, change those wires today.

The misfires AND the rich condition can be due to bad wires. Seems like a waste of time to try to diagnose such issues with old plug wires, change the wires and go from there.

The plug wires were also changed when the spark plugs were a few months ago. That should all be in working order.

Any resolution to your problem?

Not as of yet, I have been driving my 2010 civic and pondering the problem. I have been so busy flying with work lately. I'm starting to think its either a really bad vacuum leak or O2 sensors. It would have to be a hose almost completely disconnected though which I think i would have found by now if it were a vacuum leak. I'm probably going to have to take it to my mechanic soon. I will update if I find a fix, any suggestions?

Well I'm not full of suggestions. The only thing that comes to mind, is possibly the old trick of removing the spark plug wires one at a time to see if one of them doesn't make it worse. Then back tracking to see if the fuel injector wires will make any difference if you disconnect them for that cylinder. Also I can corroborate what I've read elsewhere on this forum, that is absolutely essential that the CPS be of the original Bosch OEM type. The other aftermarket ones give poor results.

Please post how you resolve your problem. It will sure help others.

Looking back 7 years, the thread below seems to be a deja vu of many of the things you've already tried doing. I read through all of the posts (there are a few funny ones) but didn't see the ultimate resolution to his problems back in 2014. Maybe you'll spot something if you haven't already read the thread below. The thread title is "NA Misfires, shudders, stalls":

I'll throw in a few guesses. How's the gas? A tank of bad gas can really mess things up. Did you fill up right before the drama? It's strange to me that bank 2 is lean, then rich post catalytic converter. Bank 1 is lean pre and post cat. The fuel pump could be weak. Could be O2 sensors, clogged injector (s) or coil pack problems. My best guess since this problem has been getting progressively worse over time and much worse over 3000 rpm, or at high load is.....fuel pump. Check the fuel pressure.
