Default Mystery Alarm?

I've been driving my '05 roadster for 16 years and today something new has been added. I am hearing an intermittent low volume, high pitched whistle that seems to be coming from the passenger side console area. I have no idea what this could be. Does anyone have a clue for me to follow?

Under the Battery tray their is a plastic vacuum line . . it may have become cracked. Also, the Box near the Battery containing the ECU, BCM and RCM is ventilated by a small fan . . . it may have become noisy .

There is a vacuum valve under or behind the glove box, it controls the air deflector.
