Owner of an SRT6 Convertible with the notorious intermittent supercharger issue. I replaced the ic pump with the upgraded bosch pump to no avail, and took it to a few mercedes shops without them being able to address the issue. So after some reading I figured it could be the RCM. After pulling the RCM out of the car, I figured it was bad simply by looking, but my main question here is what did the previous owner try to do to it? I'm no good with electrical but it looks like he made/soldered new connections and stuck a flathead in four of them. More curious than anything, although please tell me if I'm wrong and this is what a normal RCM looks like.

Keep reading. The Superdcharger pump is powered by the second relay on the pulse module, not by any relay on the RCM. In your photo, I'd suspect the jumpers are there because the person who did that either did not trust the path thru the board, or they did a mod of some sort.
That relay is the horn relay, could be a variation of the "me so horny mod" that allows the horn to operate without the key being "ON".
