This may solve our dyno problem...
They are dynoing their cars, so I guess the same would work for us. If this has been posted, sorry.

It works when I click on it. Just go to mbworld.com, in the slk170 forum and search headers. That's how I stumbled upon it. It basically says to rev up through the gears and make a pull in 3 (auto) not sure about manual, and it has to be in "W" mode (don't know what that means).
I read it, but the SLK32 must not have the same interlock that prevents the car from exceeding 40 MPH without the front wheels turning. Otherwise their car must have some electronic function that allows them to turn it off. I am wondering if any of the Chrysler guys on our site know of a way to do that? I would like to know because I'll get it chipped if a simple way can be found to do a dyno pull before and after.
The SLK32 has no interconnect. It is no problem to strap it to a dyno and get a pull in. A number of people have done it. It is not necessary to do the dyno run in W.
