panic button not making noise
When i press the panic button on my key it does nothing. Also is there supposed to be noise when i lock and unlock the car.

The alarm/siren batteries failed, so that is the reason it is no longer working. In addition to that failure, it also creates a parasitic drain on your main battery. Attached is a YouTube vid on this subject....
