Default Blower Fan

Changed out my Blower Resistor last fall, now my Blower Fan is running even when the car isn’t running. I currently have fuse 36 pulled out in Hope my Battery doesn’t die. Any tricks or tips would be appreciated. I do have a new Resistor on order as heard they don’t last as long as the old ones.

The way to determine what is wrong is not too hard, provided you are physically flexible!

If the fan motor is running with the key "OFF", then get into the cavity where the motor/resistor is and measure the voltage on the center pin of the three pin connector on the end of the wiring that goes to the resistor. DO THIS WITH THE CONNECTOR UNPLUGGED from the resistor.

If you have voltage on that center pin when it is unplugged from the 'resistor', the climate module is at fault.

The "map" of what voltage you should see at that pin looks like this:

Pizza guy, this might as well be in Russian as I have no clue about about electricity and such. Is there a picture of where to put the pointy ends of the prongs on test thingy?
