Default 04 CF Gorgeous always keept inside. No driving in bad weather. ITS Perfect.allover.

I'm Retired automotive Technician started full-time in 1974- 1978 I graduated from High School, I have always loved automotive Repair. Grew up in the muscle car Era. My dad was a mechanical engineer, after he graduated found that his true passion was performance enhancing upgrades, didn't matter make or model. That's where I grew up. I was able to finally get my Dream car,
I have a BIG BLOCK 427 Camaro, it cool but not near as Cool as my Crossfire ive had it since may 2cnd and still wont run, RCM IS new, yesterday I was able to spend a day with it. VT WIRE has 12.9 when clutch is depressed and none when lifted. Unplug connection F jump 12volts starter spins pulse mod is grounded, 12.9 volts are present w/key on. Go away w/key off.
I unplugged PCM FOUND corrosion at plug w/most pins. Pins & connectors not all but several green. I sprayed brake clean in connector and pins out of the PCM. HOOKED UP AND THE SPOILER Switch worked. Down an up back Down. At least it's some headway in rite direction. Dose pulse module get or send a signal to pcm? Should I open the pcm to look for corrosion to clean out im sure its present inside. Or will corrosion short out the pcm function permanently so it will need special service,
. Little pieces replaced? Or will cleaning DO.
I will need to inspect it myself in hopes of a prayer or two will help. It's a pristine CF I really hope I can figure it out before she makes me sell it. Rather sell her. I really need some pointers please. Dire straights here.

Year and model, roadster or coupe, mileage, how long did it sit? More info would help.

Default No communication no crank

I found my problem crossfire I just got in April I know long time for a pin point Diagnosis, it was a problem with the pins 19 green pins at ECU connector. I'm posting because I wanted to share with the community what started the problem, I'm a 52 year technician, I noticed the seal at the bottom of the windscreen was missing, my Crossfire is super Clean never set outside but has been driving in the rain a time or two,
. 80008 miles, in the boot I found the New seal it's installed, I've Replaced RCM with new put my rebuilt one in the rear of my Crossfire like you have taught me, I'll be carrying the spare, any way the connectors are cleaned and waiting on the ECU.
. WILL UPDATE YOU ON THE STATUS.
When the ecu is here and I start my Crossfire. IM EXCITED.

"Waiting on ECU" How have you sourced the ECU? Hopefully you went to Mercedes Speed shop or Needswings. Do you know you can not swap ECU from any other Crossfire without re-programing to match your VIN and SKREEM.

Yes I know American cars the same without
wrighting the correct vin in the processor
None of the modules can talk to each other.
I found a launch scan tool for Mercedes only it is supposed to have the ability to correct the VIN into ECU, I'm old health not so good.
. Therefore I am slowly getting there, I can't believe how Wonderful of a Community there has been available, WOW this forum is
so incredibly Good, I was accepted into a group online yesterday, I live in the Ohio Valley. That's the name of the latest I found.
I Drag Raced for 45yrs and I pray I can enjoy the Crossfire Before someone else is. LOL I'm just the old man who the Crossfire Found. Amazing I plan to let everyone know
Updates as I can just like you so helpful
I have always loved Car's they are my world.
