We have a 2004 Crossfire. It sat for a year with a dead battery. Now with new battery it will turn on but not turn over. Also, the wing came up and will not respond...???
Turn the key to the ON position and wait 20+ seconds. Does the radiator fan spin up REALLY fast? Engine control relay in the RCM.
If not, could be the traction control relay in the RCM. I can fix both issues by refurbishing the RCM.
Here's how to check the RCM's operation.
Remove and open the RCM.
Reinstall.
Turn key to the ON position and check that the 2 relays circled are closed.
Are they?

He rebuilt mine almost a year ago and it's been great! He also does the horn modification so your horn will work without the key in the ignition!
