Default Trouble with convertible top

I recently had to replace my convertible top on my 2007 crossfire. Now the button you push to make it electronically open and close is flashing red. I have taken it to a couple of people. The last guy said that the sensors are fine. It just seems like they’re not communicating to each other. Does anybody out there? No way that I can maybe reset The computer or the sensors or something to get it to start talking to all the sensors again. Has this happened to anybody? What did you do to fix it. Do I need a special scanner to check out and see what the error is.

Read the quote by pizzaguy in this related post. He describes the procedure to re-learn your system.
Maybe it will solve your problem.
