Bad Idler Pully

Default Bad Idler Pully

More issues as always, fixed my skreem problem drove the car two miles down the road and the idler pully completely came off the car and flew down the road throwing the belt. I instantly pulled over and shut the car off then had it towed home. Does anyone have any information on replacing this? I'm going to upload a picture of whats left I cant tell if there is an old sleeve from the bearing still there or not.

It is hard to say what caused this, but Needswings sent u a link for each pulley take his links to the upmost
and he will send u the correct parts . jim

Hi Mike,
Here's a post I did on replacing the idler pulley, the belt tensioner and belt.
NOTE: If you have an automatic transmission you will not have the damper shock on the tensioner pulley. That is for manual transmissions only.
