Default Car Starts but blows Fuse 37 every-time

I have an 08 crossfire convertible. She sat for about a month or so with a dead battery. I charged the battery and fired her up. She was running fine no issues at all then about 10 Minutes of idling the gauge cluster stopped working. The car still starts no problem just blows that fuse every time. The A/C buttons and fans stopped when this happened as well. Not sure what the next step is. Instrument cluster sensors light up but not the gauges themselves. The convertible top also won’t attempt to go down and the spoiler seems stuck up but those aren’t really important to me unless they’re causing this issue. Any help would be appreciated. The car doesn’t even have 100K miles yet I believe it’s at 80K.

As our cars age, we are seeing more and more new complaints. This is one of them.

Fuse 37 powers a lot of the heater/AC functions as well as one half of the SKREEM module and the recirculation switchover valve. Someone must get in there and disconnect the various wires and find out which one of them is blowing the fuse.
This is not a job for a "mechanic" it's a job for an electronics technician, using the diagrams in the service manual. We have several people around the country capable of tracking this down, but without knowing where you are, we can't recommend any one of them.

I’m located in Westminster, Md and I have other vehicles I can drive. It drives but only in second gear like a limp mode or something. I have a car trailer though and am decently handy. Before this issue my fog lights would stay on even when turning the car off. I just removed the fuse for fog lights but I don’t know if that could be related? I assume not since they’re on separate circuits.

I would check for possible rodent damage while sitting. I would also have the battery tested / replaced.

.

I second what zeracer suggested, sounds like it is a lot of damage in wiring present.
