Spoiler stuck, top not working, speedometer and temp gauge not working, dash lights
My dad had this car, a 2006 Chrysler crossfire convertible limited model. He passed away not too long ago and now I want to fix it up so that I can drive it for fun.
Before he died it already had these issues and I think he was having someone look at it, but they never fixed it.
So the problems it has:
The spoiler is stuck up and the light on the button is flashing
The top doesn't operate, the button is flashing red
The lights on the dash are: tire pressure, air bag, check engine, abs, bas esp, parking brake, brake pad
(The parking brake light stays on even after disengaging)
The speedometer isn't working
The odometer is on but doesn't add any miles when driving
Traction control button doesn't work
It did have the stuck key problem and I fixed that a couple months ago so that I could at least be able to drive it around the block every week or two.
I have checked the battery with a load test and the battery is actually in great condition, I looked at the rcm as I have seen talked about on here before, but I'm not exactly sure what I'm looking for.
It has been sitting in the weather for a couple months at one point but it had already had these issues before that and my dad had kept in under a carport and a tarp most of the time so I don't think that would be much of an issue but it's possible.
If there is any more info I can definitely try and give that, I'm not really great at cars, i just want to try and get atleast the speedometer and spoiler working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE: Replaced rcm and fixed all issues except for convertible top, not sure if there's some issues with some of the sensors or what the cause could be, but I will look into it in the next couple weeks.

First of all welcome here and I'm sorry about the passing of your father.
Sounds like you have several things to resolve but I suspect others here will post and assist you in getting the issues resolved
It definitely a car you will come to enjoy and your father would likely be proud to know you kept it and continued to maintain it and enjoy it
My best to you and again, Welcome to the forum
Gary

Some things you might want to check/do:
Date code the battery, if it's around 4 years old I would recommend replacing it. These cars are very sensitive when it comes to voltage and amps.
Check under the engine cover for rodent damage.
I would recommend having your RCM rebuilt by @tighed1 . The Relay Control module is the culprit for a lot of problems with these cars. This post should help: LINK - RCM location, removal, replacement
Check your ground connections. The battery terminal, battery ground to body, ground strap from transmission to frame, etc...
Check the passenger side carpet and under the carpet for water damage. If your drains are clogged, water will come in through the blower motor door and ruin the electronics under the passenger side floor. The drains are located under the windshield wiper cowl. While you're in there you might as well remove the alarm siren or replace it. The original alarm siren corrodes internally and is the primary cause of battery drain in these cars. Let us know how you're doing with the car. Best of luck to you!
Thanks for the info, I actually decided to order an rcm. Whenever it gets here I will put it in and see if that fixes most of the issues, and if not atleast I have a backup for later. I just checked the battery and it's about 3 years old, so I will probably go ahead and replace it as well. I have a friend coming over this weekend and we are going to look at everything pretty thoroughly, the ground connections etc. and I had no idea about the alarm siren so thanks for bringing that to my attention. I also just checked and the passenger side carpet and it is a little damp so I will take a look at that.

If you don't have one usually a parts store will scan the car for you.
Amazon has them for a decent price if you want to buy one. There are other models, but the CRP 123 was recommended to me.
