Possibly nail polish remover will do the trick. Good luck!

They sell super glue remover, it's usually next to the superglue, doh! Be sure try it on a spot out of sight 1st to make sure it doesn't damage the bumper paint.

Acetone should cut it, test it on the paint in a inconspicuous location first.

I found it... my new hobby is "removing super glue from various plastic parts, using nothing else but nails and teeth"

It's ok

Talking Re: Removing super glue?

With all my planes I get glued a lot, dugh. Acetone will dissolve the plastic that super glue forms when hardened. As stated, check the paints reaction to it.
