Well, I think I was a little optimistic...LOL! I just installed my wavetrac and it took just under 2 hours to remove my replacement carrier and about 2 and a half hours to install the new wavetrac diff carrier. Although, I did spend about 15-20 minutes trying to figure out the "no alignment" method when I started the removal, so it probably really only took about an hour and 45...LOL! I couldn't figure out how to get it out without disturbing the alignment so I just went with the exact same steps as outlined in this thread.

I LOVE the wavetrac!!! This is how the car should have come from the factory!
