Default Bad sound. Help me tech guys.

I HAVE THIS HORRIBLE SOUND COMING FROM MY FRONT END. It sounds like an air horn going off. It's only happened three times and I can't make it do if I try. It seems to happen at low speeds when I put on a little gas. It's very brief and I thought it was a semi truck blowing it's horn the first time I heard it.

On a less serious note my A/C PUTS OUT COLD AIR SOMETIMES AND OTHER TIMES NOT. The settings are right/switch on. I don't get it.

Thanks.

Oh yeh, on the A/C thing. Not talking about fan problems and the coolant temp isn't elevated.

Noise sounds like the boost is blowing out of a gasket or hose. A/C well that compressor could be shutting off due to a lack of freon, try buying one of the simple gauges and see what the pressure is while ideling. You need a midget to get under your hood to monitor the issues. Woody

The noise could be a pulley starting to seize up and the belt slipping over it, look at the belt for scoring and burn marks.
