3 weeks ago I went to take out the Crossfire and I seen the back window had came out. I took the car to the Chrysler Dodge dealer and ask for the service manger. I ask if there was a recall for the rear glass coming out. he went to the computer and said no recall. I ask if he would pull The TSB 23-035-11A service bulletin He did and came back said the top was covered and the would order a new 1 Well its been 3 weeks I got a brand New top and it didn't cost me a cent . plus the gave me a full tank of gas GREAT DAY NEW TOP AND A TANK OF GAS Dont give up ask them to pull Service bulletin TSB 23-035-11A

 

The free tank of gas tells me one thing: You have a good dealer there.

 

Do you happen to know which State your car was first sold in? Are you the original owner?
