Default Desktops / Wallpaper for your computer

A couple of the images I took on Saturday would make good computer desktop images. So I made the images and put them on the UK site to download.

The silver one is Woody’s and the blue one is Steve UK’s.Both seem to have bobbled the water nicely. Had the weather been nicer on the Friday, I’d have given mine a wash and we’d have a graphite grey one too.

Pretty appropriate for UK Crossfires. You guys get more than your fair share of rain.

We have all been brought up in drizzle. It’s the national pass-time. The problem with “climate change” is that all the drizzle now comes in one go, and people get upset.

And then some people drive their Very Expensive Cars into it:

This happened fairly close to where I live. And before you think I am gloating, I did one drive my Very Cheap Skoda into floods in the dark. It, unlike the Mercedes, survived and kept going for another 8 years.

I lived in Europe for 6 years. 3 in Italy, and another 3 in Germany. I was fortunate to have traveled extensively throughout Europe during that time. I really do miss my time there. Germany gets its share of rain also, but nothing like the UK I spent lots of vacation time in Loret De Mar in the Costa Brava region of Spain. I really love that area for summer vacations. Some of the most beautiful beaches and scenery in the world. Anyway, I thought it interesting that most of the stores and bars in this area were owned by British people. There seemed to be more English speaking people there than Spanish. lol

It’s been raining today too. It was raining when I was on holiday in the summer (it stopped when I went back to work). If you live here you have to expect to get wet.

He showed this to me recently, and it’s very good. I don’t need a mouse mat these days, but it’s certainly a good image to use.

Someone suggested that those bonnet images would make good art prints.
