Default Faulty Convertible Roof locking mechanism

I am unable to lock my roof down as the handle/locking mechanism is just rotating 360°. Is this an easy fix and does anyone know where i can purchase a repair manual such as Haynes. I have searched ebay and amazon but the nearest and most reasonably priced is a Pdf downloadable manual. A proper physical manual would be more preferable.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Regards

If you need to / want to replace the entire mechanism, I have it available for $250.00 + actual shipping cost to get it to the UK. It's in great used condition.

I had to buy an entire convertible top framework from a salvage yard just to get the rear bow molding I needed (because that part is no longer available from Chrysler). Please contact me directly at RedDogNumber1@aol.com for more information, photos etc . . . Good luck with your repair . . .
