I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere, but does anyone know the exact dimensions of the factory 7 spoke wheels, as in width and offset? I am looking to get a set of wheels custom made, and I want them to be the same size as the stock wheels, or at least I'll have the stock size as a reference point. I'm trying to keep them as light as possible, and I'm looking into some J-line wheels. I've had the car for a month, and I'm already tired of it looking like every other black crossfire I see. Check out their websitewww.jlinewheels.com and le me know what styles you think would look good on a black coupe. Thanks for all of the input.
ok, i looked a little further and I found a post that had the following info:
front:
18" x 7.5"
5 x 112
ET 35 (offset)
225/40/18
66.5
rear:
19" x 9"
5 x 112
ET 22 (offset)
255/35/19
66.5
Is this correct? I called a wheel distributor and they told me they were going to put 235 on a 8.5" rim and 255 on a 10" rim. I just want to be sure before I make an investment on rims like this. Also, what does the 66.5 number stand for?
I KNOW THIS IS AN OLD THREAD BUT........... Has anyone put on 19" rims on the front along with 19" on the back? I found some must have aftermarket"s but not available in 18". Thinking a front wheel size 19 x 7.5 coupled with maybe a tire size 225/35 R19 could work? any suggestions?

I'm sure there are a few owners that have installed 19" rims on the front. Since this thread is somewhat old, getting a response may be slow. But I've attached a file I use to look at various wheel options on the Crossfire. Hope it helps you with a decision.

I’m running 235/35/19 8.5 +33 offset with no problems.
stock high of tires
front 25.1" tall you can run up to 25.5 with out rubbing offset
rear 26.0 you can run 26.9 with out rubbing
you can put a 235 on the front. 235/35-19 is side wall 9.3 ( the that is almost the width of tidth),,3.2 rubber between rim and ground,,and 25.5 tall ,, the 66.5 is the hubcentric( that makes the rim bolt AALL the way tight to the hub.
now if you use a 18 on the front then u can use 225/40-18,,,235/35-18,,,235/40-18
and you can put 255 on the rear 255/35-19 10 wide,,3.5 rim to ground and 26" tall you can go up to 285/35-19 ,,,,11.2 wide, 3.9 hight rim to ground ,,,26.9" tall rear must be offset 20 to 25 front offset The book says 35 to 42 i say 35 is what i would look for
This is all perfect. Thank you all so much. Now to pull the trigger ... $$$...................................... any help here ....... how about a "go fund me" LOL

I like to use the attached website to check fitment of new wheels & tire combinations. You can load in the OEM specs for the front & back; then compare the geometry with new tires & wheels (including offset). Works really slick.
Here's the OEM wheel/tire specs I downloaded from another Owner's post some time back. Essentially the same specs Andrew posted in this thread back in 2006, just arranged a little different. There is a difference in the offset on the rear wheels.
As I was searching rim info about width and height.. I was a go 19” front and 20”rear I stumbled across many threads with various opinions and ideas.
And I run across members being negative with snide remarks or blatantly rude comments. There are Forum Members that run 19" front & 20" rear wheel/tire combos, so this is a viable option. Post #8 by amx1397 gives you the maximum height limits you need to abide by when upsizing your wheels. Then I would use the link I placed in Post #10 to compare the OEM setup to your revised setup to make sure you are within those limits. That link will also allow you to identify the optimum spacer you need to avoid any rubbing with the suspension. Good Luck with your wheel mods.
As far as the commentary provided by some Forum Members that comes across as intrusive or sarcastic, this is more reflective of a personality characteristic of a few individuals and I just ignore it as there's nothing I can do to change that behavior. I belong to several Forums of various car enthusiasts and sarcastic commentary exists on all of them.

You might want to look at this set of Niche wheels a Forum Member is looking to sell in the Chrysler Crossfire Marketplace. Looks like a very good buy! CLICK

So based on this chart and what AMX said above is it safe to say that a 285/40/19 would not fit? I currently have 285/35/19 and it looks like there is enough space for the extra 5mm of sidewall but i am no tire expert.
