Default AMG or SRT6 Sway bars??

Just curious if anyone here has the AMG sway bars on your XF? How does it steer, more or less under steering?

I'm thinking of scrounging up a rear sway bar from the SRT6, I can imagine it's cheaper than AMG stuff.

I installed the AMG sway bars in my car when I did the suspension upgrade in '04. This was done before the SRT6 was introduced. If my memory serves me, they were about $185 each from the MB dealer. The rear is a pain to replace... The front is a 30 minute job...

I listed the specs of the different bars in some thread on this forum... I would highly recommend the swap... Limits body roll by about 3 degrees. As far as understeer / oversteer, I couldn't tell you for the stock set-up since I run a -2 degree camber adjustment from the OEM and run a .75 toe out...

The limited/base model Crossfire in the front has a 25mm sway bar, where as the SRT/AMG is a 27mm sway bar... and the H&R sway bar is 30mm.

Here's the link for Tire Rack:

Also, AMG (solid) vs. Limited (hollow)...

I would like to get more oversteer. So I'm guessing I should stiffen up the front sway bar correct, or do I have that as*backwards?

ahhh thanks for the link.
looks like I should keep the front hollow bar and stiffen up that rear bar to increase oversteer.
