Default rear bottoming out??

I recently put Eibach's on my xf, and it almost feels its bottoming out. Are there bumpstops? If so, where are they, I dont see any over the upper arm.

Eibachs are lowering springs. I don't have them, but I haven't heard of the rear end bottoming out.

~ on the factory rear shocks there is a rubber bump stop (located on the shock piston/shaft)... when adding lowering springs these need to be trimmed down... this will eliminate the feeling your experiencing. you will have to remove the rear shocks in order to complete the trimming. a simple task with a few hand tools.

Do as Andrew says, I did what he said when I lowered my car, no problems.

Are the stoppers only on the rear?

How do they look before and after you trim them?
