Unhappy Help Somethings Scraping!!!

Help!!!

Some thing is scraping. I just changed my front brake pads and rotated the front tires. I don’t understand where this scraping noise is coming form. It only happens when there is a dip in the rd or interstate. I checked the tries but they look fine. This noise was not there before the brake change.

I looked under the car and saw the bottom of the fornt bumper scraped up and I torqued the lug nuts to 81ft lbs. I did have the car on jack stands for couple of days and it was about a foot of the ground. I wonder if some settings were thrown off?

I assume when you say settings you are talking about caster, camber, toe in ??? If you placed the jack stands in the proper place, ie not on the tie rod ! Your settings are probably fine.
Did you backtrack your brake job.........?

I did backtrack and i put the jack stand in the proper place under the doors but to lift the car i put the jack behind the proper place until the car was high enough for the stands. I also have vibrations in the steering wheel at 55-60 mph. I think my balance is off. after i get that done i hope that will fix the problems. i can post some pics if it would help? thanks for your help
