Default longer wheel (lug) bolts

Any recomendations for where to buy quality extended length lug bolts? How much should they run for a rear and front set?

I found the following quote from Radusadirect;

20-4316-CRAD Lug Bolt 14mmx1.5, 60mm Shank, Cone Seat 17mm Hex $79.99

20-4307-CRAD Lug Bolt 14mmx1.5, 45mm Shank, Cone Seat, 17mm Hex $79.99

$159.98 + 19.90 shipping

Grand Total: $179.88

Those quotes say they are for CONE seats..... if you are using factory wheels they are BALL seats... do not mix these up... if after market wheels, make sure which one you have....

I have gotten 3 sets of bolts from RADUSA..... I have not complaints..

The OEM ball seat lugbolts have a 40mm shank

These could accomodate a 10mm spacer:

I should have added that these are for aftermarket wheels (was told that every TSW wheel has conical seats) and will need 5mm spacers for the front and 20mm spacers for the rear.

thanks for the info.

I am hoping to clear 20X10 ET40 (use a 20mm spacer) with 285/30 for the rear, and 19X8.5 ET43 (use a 5mm spacer) with 235/35 for the front.

I will be ready for some nice custom adjustable rear camber arms next month and hope I won't need a fender roll.

your total is for 2 complete sets . thats 40 lugbolts. also you have linked 14mm which is to big for your wheels . you need 12mm . lastly you have shank lengths that are way to long. 60mm is huge you should be in the 26 to 35 mm range. more research is needed and measurements taken

I measured the stock wheel bolt shank length at 40mm for both the front and rear. radusadirect on-line tool only offers packages of 20 each, you have to call to get packages of 10 each when ordering.

After I posted I did some more research.

I ended up getting H&R hub centric spacers and bolts for 5X112 with 66.56 bore;

2 each - 5mm DR 1055665 spacers for the front (ordered 10 each 12mmX1.5 tappered (conical) wheel bolts that are 5mm longer than my stock ones).

2 each - 20mm DRA 40556653 for the rear (includes wheel bolts to be bolted to hub and has new threads for stock wheel bolts). Just need to get tappered (conical) wheel bolts that are stock shank length for use with the rear 20mm spacers.

Does this all look right? I am second guessing myself about the 45mm shank length for the fronts and don't know what to order for the rears now (no spacers, should be 40mm if same as stock)?

I guess the question has to be answered; is the stock wheel wheel bolt shank depth the same as the aftermarket TSW wheel?

If your wheel supplier can't technically help you with with the right spec bolt for your setup, it might be wise to wait till you get your wheels before ordering the lugbolts/spacers to match

Discount tire called the manufacturer and got some info on the TSW Max wheels; wheel bolt seat to mounting surface thickness is 10mm.

The following are what I measured today on my srt6;
The stock SRT6 wheels are 22mm thick of the same dimension (wheel bolt seat to mounting surface). The stock wheel bolts (40mm shank length) extend past the mounting surface of the stock srt6 wheel into the rotor 18mm.

So if the above is correct then I need;

-10 each 33mm shank length for fronts (wheel 10mm+through 5mm spacer+thread into rotor 18mm)

-10 each 30mm shank length for rears (wheel 10mm+thread into spacer 20mm)
