Just hit me now that you mentioned it.. Did they just "add lug"..or run them all to specs? Since they kinda "owe you one" for the four lug thing.. I'd sneak back over by in a couple of days and ask your buddy there if he could check them for you again..

I usually read the manual, what is it, like 82ft/lb? Make sure they use the right specs...

OMG...are you guys trying to make me hyperventilate or what?? I was sitting
In my car on the ramp thing talking to the guy that sold me the wheels and after a little bit he told me I was set to go. I didn't even know they put them on. You guys really need to tell me everything I need to be aware of from the get go! 😝

Seems like it's 80 or 82.. but like I say did they just slap a lug in.. or run them in the star pattern to torque specs..

Run it back to the same place? Have them check what exactly? As soon as I think I have a problem solved you guys make me think I need to manufacture some testosterone to get all of this 😥

RELAX.. LOl.. just when they put a wheel on "normal" routine is to tighten them all down together.. working them in sequence of a "star" pattern.. 5 point star.. your fine.. just as a long term assurance.. might see about having them check them for you after a couple hundred miles is all..

Thinking they "slapped" them in since I was sitting in the car talking to one of the guys and didn't know they had out them on? 😝

OMG but okay...I assume if they had done that I would have been aware if it? They semi surround my car talking so I don't know what's going on? I'll put a note in my phone to stop by and I'm having them check to do what..make sure they are secure?

I'm sure you will be fine really.. I still do mine the old fashioned 4 way lug wrench way.. tighten till it feels good.. and haven't came back to find a loose one yet..

Just stop by and ask.. did they tighten them in the right star pattern and torque spec? "I'm not sure" or "I'm sure they did"..."But lets check them to be safe".. should be the proper response..

They already know I'm taking to guys from the crossfire forum so they won't be impressed with the "star pattern and torque spec" business .. Too bad..maybe they would have been impressed..HA!

Unfortunetly torqued to specs usually mean to 100ft/lb as the majority of cars are 100ft/lb. That would def damage the hubs as it is @ 25% higher than specs. Please return or find someone with a torque wrench and check them to @ 82ft/lb.

Ahhh found it 5-60 in 2008 service manual tighten to 81ft/lb torque.

As previously noted :

CG is either a real looker, or they are attracted to the car, or both.
I doubt there will be any PITA looks .........
