I just put 19's on the front & 20's on the rear.
I'm going to add the Eibach Pro & wanted the wheel spacers.

What's the probability of tire rub?

Right now they only rub if I crank the wheel either direction.

Am I opening a can of worms?

 

It depends on alot of factors:
- wheel dimension
- wheel offset
- tire brand (some tires has wider sidewall)
- spring pads thickness

It is hard to determine rubbing or not at this point. You just have to try it. Looks like you are located is So Cal, you can try TWS(TheWheelSupply) to help you with this.

 

After having done a lot of research crossing parts between the two cars...yes thet are the same. The suspension parts are interchangable for the most part...like camber kits etc....Good Luck.

 

i don't know about the spacers but if your offset and size is the same as OEM then a drop will not rub. But if your already rubbing then something is off!

Thank you. I got the wheels from a friend (even swap for my stock Track wheels...long story). I'm definitely a fan of the X-fires...the white is by far my favorite color.

 

When I was looking for a new car the Z really got my attention...it was a black convertible but the dealership won't even lower its price even for a cent! So I said to myself what an arrogant dealer he is! I kept looking until I saw a black Crossfire but my wife wanted a red one...she says it's for "good luck" (in Chinese culture) and the red crossfire flamed on me from that day on.

And guess what, it is indeed "GOOD LUCK" for me and my wife because we've been wanting to have a baby for 8 long years and has cost us a fortune having "in vitro" fertilization in Dallas which failed twice. Two months after I have my Crossfire, my wife got pregnant and now we have a gorgeous, sweet baby girl!
