I have aftermarket Mandrus with 20mm spacers. Can please someone tell me the proper size lug/studs so I don’t damage the emergency brake. Thanks.

 

If the seat shape (ball seat) is the same as the OEM wheels and the bolts stick out the inside of the wheel the same amount as on the OEM wheels, you would need 40 (OEM size)+ 20 = 60mm bolts. Any difference from this OEM setup would have to be calculated.
The bolts need to stick out from the spacer the same as the OEM bolts in the OEM wheel.

 

I have the Mandrus Rotec Wheels w/ 10mm spacers on the back, and my lug bolt locks are "Cone Seat" 58.4mm overall length and 33mm shank length. I used Gorilla brand #47015-N-20 (chrome). For your 20mm spacers I would say if you went with the Gorilla brand, then you'd need #47013 N-20(if you wanted them in the chrome). Those are 40.6mm shank length, and 67.6mm overall length. BUT, please do your own homework. Not sure what brand of lug bolts you're looking to get, but the length I've suggested are within the desired # of threads into the hub w/o going too far and encroaching the emerg. brake(with my wheels).

Used the same ones (my kit was a full 20 w/ lock socket). What you want is at least 6 or 7 threads(10mm +or-) coming thru after you go thru the wheel and spacer. Measure and do the math.

 

At $1.15 per bolt, I would not be too sure of the quality of these bolts no matter what they say about the steel quality and finish.
My guess is these have cut threads and rolled threads like the OEM bolts is much more reliable and stronger. Why cut the thread all the way to the cone base?
The best thread engagement you can get is the thickness of the hub and if possible plus .06" to allow for a partial thread.

I just bought a set of oem rims. I see you said something about a spacer, Is there supposed to be a spacer between the rim and hub?

 

No, there is no spacer there as originally designed for O.E.M. rims.

 

ok thanks trying to figure out what size lug bolts. Amazon said the the threaded part is 1.10 inch that is to short. Sending them back.

 

OEM bolts with OEM wheels are 40 mm with a ball seat.
