Default Hand Brake Adjustment

With the new Quick Jack, adjusting the hand break was a snap - tighten it about 2 full turns - viola!

YOur photos make no sense.
How many miles on that car? From the underside, it looks like it's never been off the dealer's lot.
How can a car that's at least 15 years old, look like THAT? Do you have a policy of doing an undercarriage wash?
And I see essentially NO RUST anywhere - what is your secret?

Looks like a car that was restored and never driven.

California car, very moderate and dry climate. My SRT-6 has 106,000 miles and still looks clean and rust free.

Got the car last October from Portland w/11k miles; I drive it a lot and now has 21k - I live in Northern California and drive it only in good weather car. I got it from a car collection stored in a climate controlled barn (pictures), got to tell ya, the XF had to have been the least expensive car in that collection! The owner retired from automotive dealership industry. Pictures of the undercarriage are “as is”, nothing done undercarriage except for new shocks and brake lines. Engine compartment just as clean.

The headliner needed to be replaced once I got the car home, it sagged once it left Portland!
