In the event that you don't find an OEM holder you have retailers like FCPEuro and perhaps Needswings to check.
Someone posted about a good $16 holder on amazon. I bought it. It appears to have the right shape but a few issues. I'll make it work. If you're on the cheap you might do a search to track down that posting..
