Similar looking wheels available?
Similar looking wheels available?
Sorry about the dinky photo. Actually I'm just, umm, kicking tires now but I'm wondering if there are wheels similar to this one but in the correct size and bolt pattern to the XF?
I suspect not. This is an Alfa Romeo wheel but wrong bolt spacing and only a 17".
I already know that everyone here would hate these, but that's one reason I'd like to at least find out if there are any wheels similar to this one - and to repeat, but in the correct size for the XF.

Thanks all. grip grip, while they're too small, the Alfa wheels are 5 x 110.
Quite frankly I think of my XF as a foreign car and quite frankly happy it was built in Germany.
However, in my not remotely humble opinion, Italian's really come up with unique designs. I actually have a set of Teledial - somewhat different than the one shown - wheels on my Alfetta GT. I got them in the UK since they speak a language somewhat similar to ours.
While I'm sure I'm the only one who thinks this is cool, but when I need tires, I'll be buying the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires. By pure chance they were computer designed by Giugiaro Design - the same (obviously Italian) firm that designed my '75 Alfetta GT.
I have to say that I much prefer holes rather than sticks when it comes to designing wheels.

Yeah, the original 928 wheel was the first thing I thought of.

The Porsche phone dial wheels are...nice, but lacking in hutzpah unlike the Italian wheels.
I wish I could pretend to be a rich guy like all of the other members here, I'd have the Teledial design reconfigured to the XF sizes, molds made, and a have a few sets made up. Plop a set of Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta tires on them, mount, and I'd be a happy camper.
Actually I lie. I'd have the fronts in 17" and the rears in 18", but the tires would be the same height as the stock ones. Meaning, the tires would actually have some give to them so that a rough area on/in the road becomes much less of an issue.

OZ makes something very similar to what you're looking at...
Oz Racing - OZ Xline - X LINE - WAVE
Worth a look! They only go up to 18", however...

thanks guys. This OZ wheel is very nice. It sure would be helpful if 'they' included the width, offset, and lug nut spacing - along with the price.
I do prefer the 4C's wheels though. What is the stock (Ltd) offset for the XF wheels?
The 4C bolt pattern appears to be smaller than the XF's. The wheels are slightly less than an inch narrower, but they come in 17" and 18". I could get tires that are virtually the same height as the XF's and most likely would have a somewhat softer ride.
I want to add again that the XF rides wonderfully, as long as the road is 'reasonably' smooth - but when rough, you're fully aware, both by sound as well as feel, of every bump.
I'm probably guilty of being a boulevardair, as opposed to one who wants to get everything out of their XF they possibly can.
The 4C will be $55K when on sale, so I doubt strongly I could pick up a used set for a reasonable (very relative term) amount.
But ar least I might have some options, providing I can get more information.
