What did you do to your Crossfire today?
I apologize if I came off in that manner, that certainly was not my intent. I simply agreed with others that there was a tone of bashing in your posts here and another thread, and that was not acceptable.
We have had more than 7 feet of total snowfall this winter in the Chicago area
My car only left the garage about 3 times since November when the roads were clear and the temps were well below freezing.
In the past few weeks we have had temps above freezing and nearly all the snow is finally gone except for the huge piles in the parking lots.
It's the first time in more than 3 months I can even see the grass in my yard again.
Today was clear and above 50 degrees so I drove it to work..went for a drive on my lunch hour and went and washed it after work and then came home and detailed it completely.
Hope it doesn't need to sit in the garage much anymore because my drive today was a blast and I'm ready to take it out again but over the next 7 days the forecast is rain/snow showers and back in the 30's and 40's so it's back inside for at least a week

Gary: I really feel for you and others who are unable to experience the Crossfire drive on a daily basisdue to the bad weather(in your case, snow). I'm fortunate to be able to drive mine all the time (here in Myrtle Beach SC, we've only had 1/4 inch all winter). Keep in mind that you will be in a position to "drive the wheels off" at the Dragon in April...man am I ready to go!!!...Carl
I'll be flying in (no Crossfire) but I will be driving the wheels off of it on the way to CAA#5 in Colorado in July
Got my girl out for a few miles! Having a hard time deciding to let my OE wheels go or just keep them boxed up with caps and lug nuts, also have a OE grill, OE radio and two Crome lower grills sitting on the shelf!
When you guys sell if you sell do you put it back OE or leave the mods on?
Had a offer on the wheels but these are a pretty nice set with Andrews decals on the caps.

Today was the second day this month that we hit 70 degrees. Even though I only work three days a week, it stands to reason that those 70 degree days were both work days. I did have time after work to pull mine out and go for a top down cruise for about an hour before dinner. Snow showers by Tuesday but, I am starting to feel like we are winning the war against winter.
Fired them both up today....looked them over, and I think for sale signs will look good on them both....just as soon as spring arrives....IF that ever happens...
Wait.....What, you are going to sell both your XF's?
The spring also came to scandinavia finally and I took my X-fire out of the carage. First day out this year and almost got fined driving without seatbelt on and rabbit tried to broke my front bumber.
Couple days ago changed the original cat-back to OBX and the sounds are lovely!! Well thats my opinion, not the neighbours who has to listen my car roaring at 6.am ;D
Now just have to get rid of this ****** "P0410 error code" by re-solding the RCM.
Btw I'm heading to little road trip across Finland-Sweden-Denmark-Germany and Austria this summer so if someone is having same kind of plans we should meet =)

Well,
i did clean the MAF sensor with MAF spray.
I did change the belt as well. The previous one was not bad but after 5 or more years, it is $20 well invested.
What I may be doing tomorrow is changing the transmission electrical connector. I brought it to be changed but the guy could not take it off!
I will also change the front pads. Got a set of Centric Stop tech for $47 ship included...not bad
What I have to do soon is a deep cleaning and the water condensation in the front headlight...sucks
Cheers!
