What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Much better than the original corrosion/rust caliper look you had going! I got mine on today also.
Nice.....but we need a side shot.....please??
Congrats. Those are nice looking wheels...not that I can tell from the pic...there's a definite advantage to actually being there.
My old factory wheels were doing a pretty good job of hiding the nasty corrosion & rust - I'd been putting off dealing with it but the new wheels demanded immediate action. A few coats of paint and voilà - lucky for me it was a nice sunny day today.

I changed the blades
I did fix the sloppy steering wheel bad attitude.

YOU SHOULD ALL DO IT.
MY CAR WAS DRIVING VERY BAD AND NOW rides LIKE back in the days.

I will do the front and back backs brakes tomorrow
Rears rotors were done last week but will install the pads and parking pad as well and will do the front. Pads and rotors!
Have to do the right headlight, cleaning after losing the cap and have to take care of the transmission electrical connector... arghhhhhhhhh
Wish me luck

You'll want the European Formula 5W-40 Amsoil which is approved for M/B 229.3, 229.5 & 229.51 spec. Being in Texas there's no need for "0" weight oil; you only need it in the upper colder states to help protect the motor in very cold startups. All dealers have switched over to 5W-40 down here in Florida and probably in Texas and most southern states also.
Finally wrapped my windshield surround and covered those awful clear coat blotches. Surprisingly easy process, I just got double-sided tape that's a tad too thick so I'll have to fix that later. Not bad for a first attempt.

Man that came out good looking. Would it be too much to say that I'm afraid of taking the surround off of the car? Lol I'm afraid because I saw how much they charge for the damn things.
Taking off the plastic surrounds are really easy, you'd have to try and break them. Just pry and scrape off the adhesive.
If your in an oil cooled turbo car, then 0-30 and 0-40 protect the turbos on start up by helping oil flow through the lines quickly. If the srt6 has an oil cooled super charger and lines bringing oil in, it would be smart to use the 0-40 from mobile 1,0-40 castrol(new), or LUCAS makes a decent 0-30 &0-40. 5-40 from mobile1, Amsoil, castrol, penzoil, royal purple, Lucas, seem ideal for the N/A motor( just pick the brand you like best). If there are no oil lines cooling the blower, 5-40 should be fine.
Changed the front and rear turn signal bulbs with new ones, the car still had the original factory ones in place hahaha
The turn signals and brake/reverse lights are the only remaining lights I have to change over to LED still.
