Man, you guys are always actually "doing something" to your cars. Red Dog, the car looks great. The only thing I can report that I did was to go for a short drive yesterday to put some fresh gas in it. Even that was fun.

I finished installing my Daytime Running Lights.

I had originally put side-facing LED's on the two fog lamps.

But after seeing the LED's installed by SteveDask and SparlieSRT6 I decided to put a pair of LED's on the headlights.

The power came from a stud behind the drivers side fuse box. After I located the correct stud it was a simple matter of crimping a ring connector on a wire and run the wire forward (through an in-line fuse) and out to a three way switch (ON-OFF-ON) that I mounted in one of the extra factory supplied punched holes.

So now I can switch on either the brightest LED's on the headlights, or the Fog Lamp LED's, or turn them all off.

Thank you SteveDask and SparkieSRT6.

Hello carl graham;
Door handles look great. Where did you get them?
What do you think about the quality of the chrome job.

Ordered new crank sensor to be ahead of game. Might just install and keep old one in trunk.

WE sold it, got what we paid for it basically, just shy 200.00, but we drove it. Still one of the sexiest cars out there, there was just something about it.
So long Xers, its been educational.

Hi Pete: these covers were ordered from the Crossfire Mall site. Talk with James on the availability of on hand stock...I checked with him to see if they could be shipped immediately... then he supplied me with a tracking #... As you probably have heard, some people have had issues ordering from this vendor...have ordered twice without any problem..

The chrome quality appears to be ok..they're made of plastic with chrome applied. They fit great and are simple to install...a small piece of 3m tape is furnished.. I actually added a bead of glue to the underside of the entire shell for insurance...Carl

How did you get a XF for 200? I know this is an error. If you meant 20,000 you did really good. What is that in US $?
