What did you do to your Crossfire today?
The filter housings.. where the filters would actually make the seal when you put them back together with the 4 torx screws.. you can see in the filters where they sealed - sandwiched the boxes to the cover.
If memory serves.. a 3/8 wide door sealing foam rubber works.. Like you use for the house.

I took my exhaust components, 2 1/4 into 3 inch Y, 12 in by 3 inch resonator, 3 inch straight pipe, OEM muffler and started the polishing process. When finished, they should look as if they were chromed, then a coat of fire resistant clear coat.
I added LED lights on the DS and PS kick panels, I wired them up to the wires for the trunk light LEDs I fitted last year.
The lights are in slightly different positions because of the clearance available behind the light units and the grille for the amplifier cooling on the PS. Both are on an angle as shown.

A little bit brighter than it actually is.
I also added the OEM Signal Mirrors, they were wired to the rear indicator light wires also in then trunk.

LOL
You got that right, with these lights, the new map light bulbs that are coming and my previous Show Time trunk lights, the inside of my car will be lit up like Times Square on New Years Eve.

First Off, Happy New Year Everyone!!!!!!!!
Second, getting back to the point of this thread, I gave the XFire it's yearly Oil change in prep for the new year. 8.5 quarter out and 8.5 quarts in. Whether it needs it or not. I only had 2300 miles on the previous change but oh well, it makes me feel better to do it at least once a year. Oh, I also put in the winter air in the tires. Yes, I t's a special kind of air. Denser, fresher, colder air........
She is ready for continued short term storage. I miss driving her in the sinter so as long as no snow, I take her out every couple of weeks even in the winter. Shes on a tender in between and snuggled in the garage too.

Not mine, but Max ( maxcichon ) came up and we put a new top on his roadster.
New record, 3.2 hours start to finish. ( was 5 hours when we did mine )
The next one we'll do in 2 ( if there IS a next one )
Max got a top that has a lifetime warranty on the rear window, the window is in a sewn pocket ( like it should be ).
Contact him for particulars if interested, you have to send your old top to have a new one made, but we now have
an extra top he might donate if you promise to pass on the favor.

See you two Wednesday before the Spring Dragon so we can test this theory out?
I have to save all my money so I can play in Eureka Springs.
I's a measly 150 miles out of your way on the way to Fontana.
We don't need Max, he's just big and clumsy and is always in the way.
( KIDDING Max !!!!! )

Sure, you can detour by and we'll do 'er, but I wasn't going to the Spring Dragon.

150 miles? How many will it be since we are swinging through to visit with them Duck Dynasty boys?
then Kellyville -> West Monroe -> Lineville -> Fontana will add 78 miles.
Well now... that's not bad at all! What time you serving dinner so we can be there a couple hours early?
I'll be serving whenever you arrive, since I assume you will be bringing it ......
If my 3M window weld treatment doesn't work out.. might have to get serious on you here.. and bring chicken dinners.. LOL
I know nobody cares but I ordered a combo 50 amp plasma cutter and 200 amp TIG and stick welder which will make doing my new exhaust so much easier. My older welder appears to have arced it's last arc, RIP, the new one has much more capability, so I will be thinking up things that I can do with it.
Here is my silver 37mm digital oil pressure gauge, I just got installed.

I can screw off the cap and lens and rotate the numbers more to flatten the readout, or have numbers following the curvature of the dash.
Where is the sender ? Is it the plug on the oil filter housing that I saw a write-up on a couple of years ago ?
What does your pressure run when cold and when up to temp ?
11 lbs at idle with the engine not at temp ?
The 27 is at what RPM ?
Is this the kit at $16.46 ?
