The "Me so Horny" mod was developed by DJ ( tighed1 ) - it allows you to blow the horn without having to turn the key on. ( search 'Mystery No Start' )
( he is obviously a fan of "Full Metal Jacket" )
The "cleaned the air pump relay" refers to the common burnt contacts in the RCM that either : 1. prevents the emissions air pump from running, or 2. keeps the emissions air pump running all the time thus burning it out.

November 30th in the Ohio Valley and it's 66 degrees and I am driving around with the top down, unbelievable. It was very overcast and at one point there were maybe 20 rain sprinkles on the windshield but they didn't amount to anything. Tomorrow rain and 38 so today was a gift.

Went out to start the car and take the wife to dinner . . . Found that mice had chewed the wiring where the connectors attach to the coils on the right side of the engine!

Getting a live trap tomorrow. They won't be around here for Christmas. I can't put up with this ****!

I installed a 65mm Eurocharged S/C pulley, Needswings PSK, LM21 Scatter-Shield and changed the S/C oil. Tomorrow I hope to take care of the ECU reflash for the new pulley, and seal up those pesky leaky breather covers.

Can't complain about the last day of November and the first day of December being in the mid 60's. Gave me a chance to get this work done before the weather turns colder.

AHHHHHHHHHHH.
MICE.
A vechicle does not have to be sitting very long for mice to claim it.

They have claimed a small vacuum line off the back of the engine that hooks to some plastic tube over the transmission several times on my wife's roadster.. I think it's in the way to the hood blanket! And also have emptied the rat bait poison tray twice.. time for a trip wire and shotgun I do believe.. LOL

Here at home where the roaster sleeps it shares the garage with one of our cats. 22 years before that my Daytona spent most of it's time in the same garage with a previous cat and so far I have never had a mouse problem. Now that the Daytona resides in a storage locker I do worry about mice there. So far I have seen no evidence of the little vermin but I am sure they are around.

I live in the woods and while the Crossfire has not played host yet my other cars have. After trying about every fix on the Internet including mothballs (which I bought in bulk, stashed everywhere and about killed me but did not bother them) and Cayenne pepper (which they seemed to like) I finally found a two part fix that actually works.

Fresh Cab (on line at farm supply places and Ace Hardware stores) placed in the engine compartment and trunk and sticky traps in all compartments including under seats. For the first time in years all my vehicles are rodent free.

For winter storage, (as an extra precaution) you may want to plug up the Cold Air intakes, and the tail pipes. Trust me. Lil Mickys find the stock air filter element especially tasty, and the muffler looks just like a giant storage facility to the little buggers.

Just got back from a trip to VA Beach. That is about a 4 hour trip from Lynchburg, VA. We averaged 23.5 mpg with 1/2 road and 1/2 city driving. The only problem was the tire pressure light went on. I'm checking that out today. We did NOT see another XFR the whole 5 days!

Clear dry day here in the Chicago area so why not take the crossfire to work take the crossfire to lunch and just enjoy it.
No storage for this guy
Too many clear days in the winter to put it away for the season

I drove the crossfire 1200 miles round trip over the long holiday weekend from Cincinnati to Baltimore and back. Drives great on long hauls!
