62 degrees yesterday so I dropped the top and picked my son up for lunch. We had a blast, he was impressed with the handling and acceleration.

OK, the newb has to ask. What is the "30 try fry" ?

Had both front bearings replaced. Then left for a road trip to only get 2 miles on 75 north to park for almost one hour. After the rest break...LOL Car ran GREAT and straight with no vibration in the steering wheel.

Curious how many miles it took to need bearings?

You would have to search but supposedly if you try to start the car 30 times unsuccessfully then the RCM fries itself to avoid theft. In other words fix it instead cranking away or end up wth a bigger bill. An expensive theft deterrent.

It was 76 degrees yesterday in the Vancouver suburbs and it looks like it will be hotter today! time for a long cruise

We played with air intake.. first prototype was a winner on the passenger side.. had to mod the drivers but we're there.. will take intake temps readings tomorrow..

It's either the ECM or BCM, but not the RCM - it is just a dumb board with fuses and relays.

I wonder too "if" that is when the skreem module goes into "anti-theft mode" only or if it happens with a mechanical failure too.. not curious enough to test though..

Nothing like a looking through a new windscreen. Nice and clear, no nicks or scratches. Are you doing it yourself?

I have this vibration in the steering wheel...are you saying it was the wheel bearings? My car has 59000+ miles on it.

I'm viewing my laptop on my 51" TV with HDMI cable and I had to put on my sun glasses to look at this picture! Nice I got some "diamond white" HIDs, hope they're as bright as yours - very nice.

Changed the oil yesterday...got 8,456 miles...mostly in-town, with some extended trips to San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston...changed according to the FSS, which was properly reset. I have to say, i do like the top-sider, but I don't think it gets all of the oil out of the pan...

I had 240's manis setting on the shelf. Finally installed them on the roadster. It was tuned for them awhile back. Took it out for a try. After it adjusted, it kept getting stronger on the pulls. Roadster is running really well now. Back to the coupe.
