Tpm
Since we purchased our '07 Limited Roadster the right rear tire has required 5 psi every third day. Went to a local tire shop today and it was determined that the TPM was leaking. The first attempt was to rebuild it, but that was not possible so a new unit was installed. According to the tech it was of a type that required no action other than driving 3 - 5 miles. I was not convinced, but gave it a shoot. After 20 mi it was still on and they have been unable to correct it. Now they are sending me to another shop to have it reset (at their expense). Hooked my OBCII reader up and found no codes at all, but especially none for out of spec tire pressure(not sure if there should be).
Has anyone replaced their TPM's? Can you offer any insight?
