~ Wing up usually means bad battery....bad battery usually means faulty charging system.
~ Inspect the Transmission harness connector for "O"-ring leakage.....If found..
~ Lift the carpet in the passenger footwell and unbolt the cover that houses the TCU and inspect for signs of fluid wicking....Replace the transmission harness connector adaptor...($12.00 or so)..
~ Stuck in park may be a result of a spill into the shift selector module...
~ If you decide to replace the shift selector module, study the video on "ash tray fix" to learn how to disassemble the center console....expect 15 yr old brittle plastic clips to break.

A new thread leads to confusion and duplication and some will not bother to answer at all.
Does it come out of park if you put your foot on the brake?
I would study the posts on the RCM and how the relays work when trying to start the car.
