Default relays and fuses under the dash.

hi, can you please tell me what relays and fuses there are under the dashboard?
what the fuses are for on the main headlight switch and if there is anything under the dash which could affect the car not starting?
Thanks in advance.

All of the fuses are listed and shown in the owners manual. There are threads on the forum that include both images of the fuse cards, and files of the owners manual. No fuses or relays under the dash have been know to stop a car from starting. There are many threads on the forum addressing "no start" issues. There are multiple causes for that and unless you describe the symptoms in detail anyone would just be guessing.

Yes, What does it do, if anything, when you go to start it?

When you turn the key all the dashlights come on as if it will start then you go to next click and you hear a light click from the dash but nothing from the starter and the engine will not crank.

I know you are trying, but that simple sentence tells us very little. We cannot diagnose a car with just that information.

So, you have told us one thing: The starter is not engaging.

Do this:
Get in car, put key in, turn to "start" - I assume the starter won't engage, if it wont, release key and let it return to "on".
Wait 45 seconds.
What do you hear? Do you hear the large engine cooling fan spin up to 'warp speed" such that it sounds like a plane is taking off under the hood?

If you do hear this, turn the key to 'off', the sound will die out.
Open hood, yank RCM and either replace the RCM or get it fixed.
This is a COMMON issue, that SO many of us have dealt with. The entire story is here:
https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...-no-start.html

If, in the above test, you do NOT hear the engine fan spin up, we have much more detective work to do.

My next guess would be battery or battery ground connection.

Did it start for a few seconds then quit the first two times you tried to start, then did nothing on the third attempt?
If so, it could be the SKREEM.

Hi Guy's, thanks for the response.
Unfortunately for me I cannot get to my car because of the lock down and it is at the bodyshop, they could not get it started this time, every other time it has started first time. The battery is only 2 years old and was fully charged and they also had a battery pack as well.
2 years ago I did a 5lt V8 engine conversion the car has started first time every time since then. As you cannot use the std engine fan I wired in 3 electric fans to the original connector but have never seen or heard them come on, saying that the car has not been driven on the road as lots of work to do on the car although it has been up to normal temp.
I replaced all the earths and put on the extra earth from the battery to the top of the bellhousing when I did the conversion.
I did look into the RCM problem and I bought a new unit from Rock Autos in the USA which arrived here in the UK 2 days later which was amazing . Unfortunately i have not had chance to fit it.
No the car did not turn over at all and no click from the starter.

If it has had a V8 conversion, I am OUT of the conversation - you need to be talking to the guy who did the conversion.
NO ONE knows that car like he does. Contact him TODAY.
