I've had this before when I click on a picture. I just logged off, and back on, and it works fine.

Hi,
If Andrew had answered your query guess mine is just a revised version.

This forum offers or provides such features. For those whom prefer some of their photos not to be viewed in public, they can create an album, stuff those photos in and set the album to Private Viewing and the forum system will generate a random password.
In order to view the album, yes password required.
Since you have seen the photo appeared in the Comment section, its because these photos do appear now and then randomly in the Featured Photo that appear on top of this forum Main Page.
You can click and view but only that Featured photo.

To the silence question, since I have observed for a period of time, yes but its only you can view the photos in Recently Added section because... you have the Power. We common users don't have such.

Does that make sense?

Nonetheless, there's soo many photos (for public view) in our forum that will take us forever to view each and everyone of them.

I have answered the first.

To the second,
No, it will be such a waste of effort to have scantily clad babe photos in this forum but hidden.

Feel free to click on those categorized as that, am sure you won't regret.
