If anybody can help me out here. I'm looking for close up shot of the foglights on the limited. I have a feeling the dealer just snapped off the other refractor from the good fog light to match the refractor that fell off the passenger side light. I'm still getting the dash board warning light about the fog light.

Any pics are appreciated. Where there two different style fogs?

 

Yes Mayaman, they came out with a different one, I think because there were problems with the first ones. Not sure it's a TSB. If no one has posted a close-up pic by the time I get home, I will.

The warning light on the dash isn't for just the fog lights, it indicates a bulb is out, it could be any bulb.

 

Just to put my two sense in... I have had my car about three weeks now and when I first got it sometimes the bulb out sign would light up on the dash even when all lights were working. But most of the time the light was off. Just the other day the bulb flashed on again but all my lights were working. Does the "headlight out" sign come on all the time??

what are tsb's by the way? technical service bulletins? if so, what is that?

can you get this stuff replaced even if your warranty is up? is it free? how do you go about having the dealer recognize these...etc...?

 

Check your license plate bulbs there's two.

Had one go and I am looking around the car at night and everything works...then I read that there's two sure enough thats the bulb that was out...then funny thing the other one goes out the next week.

+1 - same thing happened to me... the indicator would come on randomly and i walked around the car and didn't see any lights out. turned out to be the license plate lights.
