Cool Perusing for quality performance mods

I'm new to the world of XFire ownership. And I tell ya' I can't be happier with my car. I love it. I came from a lifted four-wheel drive with tons of mods to my '04 coupe, and it's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Although, I want just little edge over cars. The XFire has plenty of pep for getting me to work on time, but I want the extra push when someone wants to see what the car has. Is there anything out there that TLC and a bit extra dough can do to help me out?

If you just want a little extra from time to time, I would suggest nitrous. I have looked at a lot of options and have decided to swap a V8 from a 2002 CL500.

Air filters.
Pulleys.
ECU tune.
Sprintbooster.
Exhaust.
It's all on the forum, just search for it.

I've read a little bit on the forum. And searched online for a few things. Found a Borla exhaust I'm very interested in. The air filters seem like a quick and easy fix. I was quite curious about the shortening of the intakes to just behind the radiator as one guy had done, looks good, and I bet there is a louder tone on take off, just wondering if there is any raw power added. The ECU tuning REALLY gets my attention but have NO clue how to do that. That swap for a V8 sounds incredible, but way out of my budget, lol.
