Default New guy with a new car and new forum.

Hi all,

I've been hanging around the Corvette forum for a couple of years with my 85.
I wanted a vert so I traded it in on an 05 Roadster Limited in new condition with 17k on the clock.

Here's a pic of the old girl and a few of the new one.

I've put 350 miles on it so far and I think this will work out quite nicely.

Wow, looks like a super clean car, and no doubt you got it for super cheap!!

Congrats, the combo is one of my favorite!

Welcome to the forum. I also traded my 85 vette for a crossfire. You will be glad you did.

I looked at ALL the roadsters offered. The C5 Vette and the 350Z were tempting but I found this one for $13k cheaper than than either of them!

It was a no-brainer.

Welcome! I love the white with two tone interior. Coming from a Vette I con't believe you didn't get a SRT-6. Congrats and enjoy the ride!

I love the colors to. Everything looks brite and fun. I've had lots of compliments on it so far and a pretty girl jumped in and wanted to go for a ride (that never happened with the Vette).

The SRT sounds like a hoot, but I'm more inclined to drive this car conservatively because it's in new condition and I'ld like to keep it that way as long a possible.

I don't know about that. The Vette got cleaner and shinier with the passing of time. I'm kinda wired that way. I really take care of the few nice things that I have.

I noticed that with my crossfire, when I bought it there were a lot of parts of the car that were dirty, and over time I have cleaned it so much and well that it looks better than ever!
