That body and the right Fiat drive drain seems a simple evolution.

Even if it was just "cute" like a Tiberon or something. It could find acceptance as an "American" product.

I think Fiat needs to produce American cars not rebadged Fiats.


Just a wild guess but,
Perhaps the move of which Mr Stoddard spoke would be such an alliance. That has possibilities.

right and designers are hired guns. eric has worked for many high profile companies. who knows how long his hyundai gig is going to last. eric's designs have overtones of the two bills (schmidt and mitchell) without paying homage. thanks a good thing. our cars get decent mpg, franc. my mileage comment was a veiled reference to another thread.

All I am suggesting is that while designers are hired guns, in this market they need to be careful or they become fired guns.

Eric has done well with the Genisis project. I would assume, for the moment, his plans include a future with Hyundai.

A few years ago Chrysler did a concept called the Firepower. Had a 425 hp Hemi and was quite a looker.
