Default Panic Alarm -- Need your help

I am posting this in the general area so I can hopefully get more input. Please go to the thread below and start reading with posts from Hawk Monster. I have been trying to get an inop panic button resolved for over 6 weeks. I realize the lack of a panic button is NOT critical to the operation of the car especially since the air bags are now working again. Perhaps the previous owner just gave up trying to resolve this issue at 3400 miles. I guess I do not see why this simple issue can't be solved. I guess I am more upset with the dealer's attitude and Chrysler's lack of support for this car. The 2007 coupe has 7969 miles on it now.

I would appreciate your input on the following:

1. Suggestions on how to deal with the dealer's service manager and Chrysler LLC to get this resolved.

2. Any other input to solve the technical problem that have not been considered so far -- siren module, electrical short, Body Control Module (BCM), SKREEM, airbag module, connecting bus, central locking control module (CLCM).

Thanks
