I hit 116 today on the way home from getting supper.
Beat my previous 102 I had the 4th day I had it. lol

 

I do believe it is 130 for me in the 04 Crossfire.

145 in my Mustang GT Convertible....

 

I think theres another post somewhere on the forum that has a Xfire SRT6 goin 180 on the speedo, and he calculated it out to 186 w/tire calcs, etc... lol but there was alot of controversy, sooo who knows, but apparently, an SRT6 with some well placed mods is supposed to be able to hit 185... which I feel is more scary than fun...

And 70GT6! lol Im scared going that fast in a car, let alone on a bike... lol, passsss

04 crossfire-140 the day i bought it

 

140 with the top down. Only stopped accelerating cause I wasn't sure if the windjammer was gonna pop off and smack me in the head!

 

98 on the way home from the dealership the first time. Thing is, I wasn't even TRYING! Just not paying attention when passing some people on I675 near Atlanta.

Georgia has a new law - anything over 80 is SERIOUS BUSINESS.

Lol, you guys are nutty... I recall back in a particular summer of 1978, we croweded into our friend Chris' 1970 or 71 Challenger, punch drunk, and hit 100+ going around a particular windy country back road in Spokane, WA. I've never done anything remotely close to that since. Too chicken or too cerebral... Having said that, I've noticed certain "zen moments" hitting 80s in my XF... I can imagine the zen getting zenner as the dial runs further right.
